Thank you for your interest in ordering from our collection. I know that you will be very pleased with your selection. In order to ensure that you receive the piece that you are ordering, please include the following information in your email order:

The item number(s) of the piece(s) that you are purchasing, as shown at the end of the item desription (ex.: JWODFL0001). Please include this number at the top of your email.
Your name, address, and phone number where you can be reached.
Method of shipment you need. USPS First Class, Priority, or Express. Please see rates below.

Once you place your order you will receive an invoice with your total. I accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks (may take up to 14 days to clear and will delay shipping). Other arrangements may be made on a case by case basis.

RETURN POLICY

I want to personally ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your selection as each piece is a one-of-a-kind hand made art piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selection, please email me within 24 hours of receipt of the package. All selections are final unless there is something grossly misrepresented concerning the product. Any returns must be post marked within 48 hours of the original receipt of the package. All returns are charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable. Anything shipped back after 48 hours is considered a final sale.

COMMISSIONED PIECES

Any commissioned piece requires a deposit up front before the design process begins to secure your position on the waiting list. The deposit amount will be specified in the deisgn contract (usually 40% of the total commissioned piece(s) and is expected within 7 days of the finalized contract. This deposit is non-refundable. If for any reason the piece cannot be completed, the full deposit will be refunded within 7 days of notification.
